Artists and art lovers from around the country converge on Santa Fe for this two day art adventure. Friday: Gallery Openings & Artist receptions. Saturday: Artist Quick Draw, Cocktail Reception, Live Auction. Sunday: Brunch & Art Walks.

Santa Fe appears to be awash in gradations of adobe brown yet it is a city of rich colors found nowhere – created by the generations of artists who cakk this city home. Color in its many shades and hues abounds in Santa Fe this summer when the city’s museums and galleries host a series of colorful exhibitions and special events.

Canyon Road boasts 85+ galleries and will be participating in full force during the Santa Fe 2015 Summer of Color. The historic street is filled with old world charm, galleries, designer jewelers, boutiques and gourmet restaurants. Art galleries host Friday night art openings throughout the vibrant summer months and will be featuring their artists in color-themed exhibitions.

The Paint & Sculpt Out celebrates the tradition of painting & sculpting “en plein air” that began a century ago on this iconic Santa Fe trail. More than 100 artists and thousands of art enthusiasts come together for one of the nation’s largest artistic demonstrations.

October 31, 2015, 4-6pm

Hundreds of children, adults & pets dressed in their Halloween best, roam the historic road during this fun & safe community event. Canyon Road businesses provide a safe environment, candy & goody bags for children in costume.
